Our journey began with founder Steve Lauritano, whose passion for real estate sparked while flying for an aerial mapping company. From the sky, he watched the Phoenix area expand—stretching west, north, south, and southeast—igniting his vision to help investors and developers shape the region’s future. 

Steve obtained his real estate license in 2005, quickly establishing himself as a trusted expert in real estate sales and marketing. As demand grew, Lauritano Properties expanded into the international investment market, seamlessly connecting buyers and sellers from Ontario to British Columbia and beyond. 

Born in Canada, Steve blended his love for aviation and real estate by purchasing an aircraft, allowing the company to extend its reach and provide unparalleled service to clients. His deep knowledge of land development, coupled with a hands-on approach, has made Lauritano Properties a go-to resource for investors seeking opportunities across Arizona and internationally. 

Beyond real estate, Steve is a proud father of three. Two of his children attend Arizona State University’s prestigious Honors College, while his third resides in Hawaii, pursuing his dream of becoming a professional pilot.
